Victoria began her career in the Restaurant business 27 years ago at a small Seafood Market & Chowder House. After graduating from High School she worked her way thru the ranks at Machus Restaurants (of the Machus Red Fox fame) and then to Charley’s Crab, Chuck Muer's flagship restaurant where she spent 14 years.
    In 1997 she opened Victoria’s Delights. As the popular neighborhood Bistro grew, the demands for her fabulous cuisine prompted her to expand her venture to include catering. She has had the honor and pleasure to cater events that have included prominent people such as The Governor of Michigan, United States Secretary of Energy, Ambassadors and Dignitaries. Most recently The Prime Minister of Italy.
    Victoria is committed to serving healthy, local & organic foods. She is also very committed to the Orion/Oxford Community. She has been awarded Volunteer of the year at Cross Roads for Youth where she teaches Culinary Classes for at risk youth. Victoria has helped many community based centers such as Orion Art Center, Orion & Oxford Chamber of Commerce, Friends of The Scripps Mansion, as well as the areas local Schools. Her “Get Fresh Fridays” lunch program, provides a nutritious lunch once a week at Kingsbury Country Day School.

    There is also an extensive Wine & Cocktail Menu to complement the Delicious offerings.
